Abstract :
Relaxation oscillators are often used in integrated circuits as clock generators due to its simplicity and low power capability. This paper presents some techniques of optimization of the frequency accuracy, less disturbance on the surrounding circuits typically referred as spike free oscillators, low influence from supply, and current consumption optimization.
