Abstract
The paper outlines an approach to link business models, based on enterprise ontology, with semantic business process models that are expressed with BPMO concepts and linked to WSMO concepts. The integration of business modelling and business process modelling ensures that the requirements for a Business Process Management System are driven by business objectives. At the same time it allows for flexibility inthe modelling process as underspecified elements in early requirements models are gradually refined intofully specified elements in late requirements models. The integration of both types of models is done via concepts of the i* approach to goal-oriented requirements engineering.
