Abstract :
For the purpose of investigating more precise phenomenon in a blast furnace and monitoring it´s condition on line, the visualizing and analyzing system of blast furnace process data has been developed. The data of sensors located on the furnace with the spatial distribution are successively stored on line in data base system for a long period of time, the developed system unfolds the distribution of the data on the blast furnace to a 2-dimension plane which has two axis i.e. in the blast furnace height direction and in the azimuthal angle direction with the correctly consideration of each sensor´s position, so that the overall operational state of the furnace, which the skillful operators could imagine in each one of heads through their experience, was visualized as the picture information objectively.
