Abstract
An original low-power low-voltage multifunctional structure with improved precision will be presented, performing many important circuit functions: signal amplifying, voltage multiplying, squaring and square-rooting operations. The great advantages of the increased modularity and controllability represent an immediate consequence of the circuit multifunctionality. The accuracy of the circuit is strongly increased by implementing original techniques, while the silicon occupied area per function is reduced because the same core is used for realizing all the proposed functions.
