Application of information technology in the implementation of Building Energy Conservation standards

According to the existing problems of current inspect and record of Building Energy Conservation (BEC) in China, a creative, unified inspect and record flow was proposed, and Inspect and Record model of BEC was designed and completed. The information system for inspect and record of BEC, which consists of login system and management system module, construction-related units module, inspect entries module, construction project information module, item inspect module, was established. The system is suitabal for each thermal efficiency subareas features and has good extensibility, and clear interface.
