Abstract :
In this paper, a simulation program is introduced to predict moisture distribution and inner condensation in multi-composite wall under considering the physical characteristics varying with surrounding temperature and moisture; it is called as varying characteristics method. Furthermore, simulation results of varying characteristics method and fixed characteristics method are compared with actual experimental data respectively, the results of the former one is much closer to experimental data than results of the latter one. Therefore, it is proved to be an available method for predicting the inner condensation of building. Finally, by the simulation of brick external heat insulation wall which is usually used in practice, it is indicated that the possibility of dew forming is very high inner the wall during hot summer in warm winter and hot summer area.
