Abstract :
In this paper, a speed calculation method from a permanent magnet flux vector and a position error compensation method from two kinds of position error calculation of IPM motor are proposed. Moreover an estimation method of speed and position at starting are proposed, in the condition of all rotation including a stop. By these proposed methods, starting from all rotation conditions has been achieved, and high accuracy control of the speed and the torque of the IPM motor without a position sensor have been achieved
