Abstract :
The importance of Qinghai-Tibet railway emergency management is pointed out and problems in Qinghai-Tibet railway emergency management are analyzed. Then suggestions and countermeasures in respect of the Qinghai-Tibet railway risk assessment, emergency preplan, and emergency resource allocation are put forward to solve existing problems. These countermeasures should play an active role in improving Qinghai-Tibet railway emergency management capability and efficiency to ensure operational safety.
