Abstract :
This paper makes full use of Gaodi Xie´s equivalent value per unit area of Chinese ecosystem services. After revising by per unit area value of food products and vegetation index (NDVI), the final equivalent value along Bohai Bay is calculated. And then the temporal and spatial comparison of ecosystem services among 1995, 2000 and 2008 has been done at 1km grid cell. The results turn out that: in spatial scale, ecosystem services decrease from coastline to interior land; while in temporal scale, the amount of ecosystem services go down from 1995 to 2008, especially from 2000 to 2008. This trend can mainly due to the strong human activities along the coastal area. Exactly speaking, the sea reclamation for land plays an important role in changing the ecosystem services in study area.
