Abstract
Summary form only given. Today´s complex service-oriented systems comprise humans and software services spanning multiple organizations. These systems are highly dynamic because not only services, processes and teams are diverse but also they constantly evolve. Therefore, these systems introduce many challenges on how to adapt services, processes and teams to changing situations. In this keynote talk, the author presents research challenges and discusses some of our approaches and solutions to support the modeling and coordination of self-adaptive complex systems of humans and software services.
