Abstract
This study aims to inform about the Internet knowledge and Internet access skills among the primary school administrators who had enrolled in the Bachelor of Education Management programme, which is a twinning programme organized by University Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) and Aminuddin Baki Institute (IAB), Malaysia. Knowledge about the Internet and the ability to look for Internet materials would help these school administrators in getting the relevant and accurate data or information for their studies. This study mainly focused on the accuracy, credibility and relevance of Internet search and usage of Internet materials. This is a descriptive study which uses the questionnaire method through the distribution of questionnaires to 157 primary school administrators. The results of the study mainly indicated that the respondents had average or medium level Internet access skills and Internet knowledge. This probably shows that the administrators had a fairly positive attitude towards the importance of ICT in their lives. The results would also provide some feedback to UPSI, Aminuddin Baki Institute and the Teacher Education Division, Ministry of Education to help in upgrading the knowledge and skills of these administrators in using the Internet
