Abstract :
Multi-elements Decision-making is one of the important methods which simulate reality problems in both social and economic fields. By using grey decision model and analytic hierarchy process, it probes a newly method of multi-elements decision-making. And by using the software of Matlab and Excel, it also develops a process of optimization sorting algorithm which could describe and calculate the actual problem accurately. The multi-element decision-making method proposed is feasibility and available with high practical value. Base on selecting and sorting multi-elements in decision-making, the method could be used in the design project selection, policy analysis, decision forecast.
