Abstract :
The theory of automatic detection is mainly described in this paper. The researching of the system based on Photoelectric technology and STM32F103 embedded systems: takeing advantage of effective combining between photoelectric detected unit and micro machine to realize developing the optical, mechanical and electronic integration of hand-held urine analyzer system and designing hardware and software of the system, adopting Karhunen-Loeve transformation and K-Means sorter to process the acquired image data and guarantee the measurement accuracy of the system. The methods of a traumatic and non-intrusive in this system could detect the component of the urine rapidly, expediently and automatically. Finally, the system may output and display the result by LCD touch screen, RS485 and Ethernet.
