Abstract :
Semantic Web Services propose to extend the traditional Web Services technologies on the way to consolidate ontology and semantics. This makes it possible to select, integrate and invocate services dynamically. In this paper, an approach of Semantic Web Services discovery is presented. In this approach, the semantic distance is calculated with vector space model at first. Then match web services with ontology hierarchically; finally match web services with QoS. The semantic web services discovery prototype developed in combination with the use of the matching algorithm, which allows finding services based on their similarities including ontology and QoS.
