  • Abstract
Nowadays, the growth of microwave technologies involves new activities in research and development of microwave circuits. This evolution is essentially oriented toward the choice of new component technologies and optimisation of active devices which are integrated in the systems. So, we attend to a continuous evolution of the CAD tools for the improvment of the analysis and design of MMIC devices. In this paper we present, in our sense, what are the broad outlines of the future circuit design tools and methods
