Study on the oil spill contingency plan in the Xiamen-Kinmen Sea Areas

By analyzing relevant factors, this paper clarified the need for joint development of the contingency plan of oil spill in the Xiamen-Kinmen Sea Areas by both Xiamen and Kinmen. Later, this paper made a discussion on the three most important aspects in developing the plan: “system”, “mechanism” and “equipments”, which was followed some practical recommendations.
