Abstract :
In order to increase the range of operation of DECT terminals for data transmission, two slots are used per user and Reed Solomon code is proposed with hard decision decoding as well as with erasure decoding. The performances are presented and compared with uncoded transmission using Monte Carlo simulation or AWGN channel without fading and with log-normal fading.
