Abstract
The geological environment is the basic carrier of human survival and development, today the scope and scale of human activity are beyond that at any time of human development history, thus make the interaction and mutual influence of human itself and geological environment are also up to an unprecedented level. Along with the development of science and technology, the raise of productivity level and the progress of human civilization, we should stand in the new starting point, from the angle of system science give system engineering geology a new connotation, namely it should complete the basic task of such a change about the engineering geology that from the early stage of only meeting human needs, to the second stage of meeting the needs of human beings with the reasonable development and appropriate protection of geological environment, sequentially to the new stage of on the premise of protecting geological environment meeting human their necessary needs. Ensure the harmony unity and sustainable development between the human beings and geological environment.
