  • Abstract
Organization dysfunction perception performance issignificantly dependent on the precision of the underlying activity model of organization´s operation. Therefore, it is necessary to observe and improve an activity model that can capture and represent the complex way of how people work in an organization. To address this issue, we introduce the activity theory´s contradiction semantics into DEMO (Dynamic Essential Modelling of Organizations approach) organization´s control called GOD(Generation, Operationalization & Discontinuation). Activity theory contradictions semantics are highly evidential knowledge that can be used to identify a dysfunction more accurately in organization´s operation. We will use the proposed solution via areal case study of a service.
