Abstract :
The pressure of environment protection in China is more and more serious, but at present the effect of Chinese government in environment management is not satisfied, so it should be reformed urgently. In this paper it tries to use the theory of network governance to solve problem, firstly it analyzes the disadvantages of Chinese environment protection model, and it explores practicability of putting network governance into pro-environment to structure a new model.
