Abstract
An investigation is conducted of PLA (programmable logic array) structures for implementation of multivalued multithreshold functions using CCD (charge-coupled device) technology. A new PLA structure is introduced for this purpose. The structure is fully programmable at the user level. The relative merits of this PLA, with respect to the existing structures, are evaluated
