Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors influencing satisfaction on e-tax filing (e-Revenue) of SMEs in Thailand. The data were collected from 415 respondents using the service. The website service quality dimensions in this study consist of information quality, system quality and service quality. The related hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. The researcher found that information quality, system quality in terms of functionality, system quality in terms of usefulness and service quality have a positive significant relationship with user´s satisfaction on e-tax filing of SMEs.
