Abstract :
On the basis of N-S equations for solving three-dimensional Reynolds problem, k-ε turbulence model and standard wall function for near wall region were adopted. The region was meshed and boundary conditions were given. The software of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was used to simulate centrifugal fan in the system of lignite quality improved. The parameters of static pressure, moving pressure, velocity and turbulence strength were computed and analyzed. The simulation results show that the simulation flow field is close to real flow field under the conditions of same parameters and it is consistent with experimental data measured in the match. It´s helpful to understand the flow characteristics within the fan.
