  • Abstract
    It is important to low-carbon buildings development that value engineering is a management technique and scientific method developed, firstly was put forward at twentieth century. Combined with the characteristics of low-carbon buildings and value engineering analysis, this paper put forward the theory of low-carbon value and calculation formula for that provide reference ideas for the development of the value engineering theory.
