Abstract :
In order to meet the signal request of radar, sonar and communication transmitter, a multi-channel wideband and radio frequency signal generator based parallel direct digital frequency synthesis and high update rate digital to analog converter is proposed in this paper. The proposed parallel direct digital frequency synthesis design method improves the circuit implementation structure of the traditional direct digital synthesis technology, and increase the output frequency and expand the wideband of the generated output signal, reduces the complexity of multi-channel signal generator. The principle of the parallel direct digital frequency synthesis is proposed, the designed circuit is described in this paper. And the test results verify the validity of the design method.
