Abstract
This article describes the set up of a measurement bench available above 40 GHz for power calibrations. It allows one to determine the efficiency of millimeter-wave power detectors. This equipment achieves the junction between 40 GHz (R 320 waveguide) and 75 GHz (R 900 waveguide) in this domain.
