  • Abstract
As the development and modernization of the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), more and more navigation signals are occupying the same frequency band which is limited by International Telecommunications Union (ITU). Analysis and mitigation of interference among GNSS are becoming a hot topic. In this paper, we model three satellite navigation systems: GPS, Galileo and Compass based on the constellations and signals parameters published. According to the interference analysis methodology of GNSS recommended by ITU, the interference among these three navigation systems are simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that: (1) Binary offset carrier (BOC) modulation signals introduced by the modernization of GNSS can mitigate the interferences over intrasystem. (2) The interference of intrasystem is much more serious than the interference of intersystem at most cases. This gives a good compatibility among navigation systems. (3) For GPS L1C, Galileo E1OS and Compass B1C1, the interference of intersystem is bigger than the interference of intrasystem, this give a common platform for these three navigation systems to interoperate with each other.
