Abstract
The development of an automated adaptive radio system which is able to utilise all radio propagation modes available over a particular path in the frequency range 2-200 MHz has previously been reported. This paper reviews the design of this system and present channel measurement results obtained during the system proving trials. Future plans regarding the enhancement and use of the system as a propagation measurement tool are also discussed
