Abstract
A waveguide microcalorimeter in the frequency range of 18 GHz-26.5 GHz is described. The systematic uncertainties due to microcalorimeter correction factor are discussed. Microcalorimeter using a curve fitting method can reduce the measurement time of the effective efficiencies measurement by a factor of 2. The results of measurements are presented and compared with the data from NIST.
