    Technology´s role in compliance is surprisingly human, and addressing those human traits up front leads to far more successful compliance outcomes. The era of big data requires big compliance, and a fundamental part of big compliance today and going forward is the reconciliation of the written rules with a very real set of technologies employed by an organization.
