Title :
The design of the high speed A/D converter by using multi-valued logic
Author_Institution :

Abstract :
A design is presented for an A/D (analog/digital) converter with high conversion rate and conversion accuracy using ternary theory and ternary CMOS circuits. The conversion rate is much higher than for the traditional A/D converter that uses binary logic. The ternary A/D converter described can be used in a ternary computer
