Abstract :
An approach is given to the design of a simple multi-level storage circuit based on emitter-coupled logic. A follow-threshold structure adopted for simplifying a threshold voltage unit and a totally different method making the triggering mechanism uncomplicated are introduced. A structure for a multivalued master-slave D flip-flop is given
