Rethinking of Engineering Education in China

Engineers are the active pioneers of the emerging industries and they create a vivid world for people. This article, at first, talks about a brief history of engineering education in China, then analyses several problems still occurring in engineering education system in China. In this article, we also introduce several research projects, which are undergoing or have already done to reform the engineering education system in China. The authors give some recommendations in order to produce new type of engineers in China, who are with innovation and entrepreneurship and can answer the demands from employ.
