Abstract
The environmental impact of the infrastructure installations as well as the concentration of maritime vessels in the ports necessitate monitoring of the environmental parameters in these areas through sensor systems. Following this concept, different and technologically heterogeneous monitoring sensor systems have been installed in port areas. This paper presents an integration middleware for collection of monitored data from the remote systems, automatically. Furthermore, provides the appropriate web-based GIS interface for the publication and management of the integrated data.
