Abstract
In This work, nonequilibrium thermodynamic model is proposed. The semiconductor radioisotope coverings with the generalized Boltzmann kinetic equation for the system in view of quantum statistics are studied. The introduced thermodynamic model incorporates the physical system with the source and the sinks being independent of the specific potentials of interactions in the system. The paper considers the approach of the nonGibbs distributions in the system thermodynamics, for which the entropy basic property is nonextensiveness.
