  • Abstract
    It is our pleasure to welcome you to the 2012 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man and Cybernetics (SMC 2012) in Seoul, Korea, which is the IEEE SMCS Annual Conference. We are proud to present outstanding technical programs of all three tracks: Systems Science and Engineering, Human-Machine Systems, and Cybernetics. It would not be possible without the help of many individuals including General Chairs who supported our activities over the last two years, Special Sessions Chairs, organizers of special sessions, members of program committees and reviewers, and above all, the authors!
