Abstract
A new difference scheme is constructed by using the flow form of the Maxwell equations for the solution of three-dimensional time-dependent problem of plane electromagnetic wave diffraction by planar periodic on two directions structure consisted of metal strip particles. The limiting principle is applied to increasing of algorithm efficiency. Some field characteristics are obtained in the problems of wave diffraction by periodic arrays of strip dipoles and C-shaped volumetric particles.
