Abstract :
The fractal ultra-wideband (FUWB) signals as a new type of the ultra-wideband (UWB) signals for application in different branches of science and engineering in particular for near-to-Earth space investigations are proposed. Different characteristics of new analytical and numerical models of FUWB signals with using of the Fourier-and wavelet analysis are investigated. The wavelet analysis is proposed to apply for detection of FUWB signals against an interference background.
