  • Abstract
    The most frequently used to characterize RF devices is the Vector Network Analyzer (VNA). A VNA is constituted by a RF generator, measurement modules and multiple receivers. This work focuses on the implementation of the module S-parameter measurement, for cellular mobile bands from 0.8 to 2 GHz addition to complying with the characteristics of a VNA this module with the generator is an instrument independently for use in laboratory measurements, calibration and production lines in the electronics industry. We designed and implemented the distribution system of the signal, Directional Couplers, Radio Frequency Switching for Keys, Programmable Attenuators steps and a control system based on Micro controller.
