Abstract :
The results of the experimental investigation of the output characteristics of a pulse microwave power source made up as two modules on the powerful bipolar transistors are presented. The source allows to obtain on a matched load ZL=50 Ω the pulse power Pout,i∼1 kW (carrier frequency f=150 MHz; pulse duration τi=0.5 ms; pulse frequency Fi = 10 Hz).
