Abstract
The traditional tendency of broadband pulses forming is in using one or more high-capacity relativistic generator Panov V. V. et al. (1993). Due to the elemental base development of solid-state active modules PAA which allow to manage the phase and frequency of outgoing pulses to high precision and the opportunity to create multifrequency active antenna arrays (MFAAA).
