Abstract :
Intercepting well was an important ancillary structure in combined sewer system. Although the investment of intercepting well accounted for less percentage in the investment of sewage interception project, intercepting well determined the success or failure of the project. The problems of feature, structure and working conditions were studied in the paper. Optimizing countermeasures of intercepting wells were proposed.
