Abstract :
Multi-signature is a mechanism which is more and more widely used in modern office system, especially in decision-making. However, no mature solutions were acknowledged or published openly by far. In this paper, we propose a novel solution for multi-signature handling, which is based on workflow resolution. Furthermore, we extend the Liaison workflow model by adding a new element, which marks signature order. By using this element, Workflow system can control the scope of document-distributing and support transferring documents automatically.
