SMART: A platform for cross-domain business process collaboration

Abstract :
Cross domain collaboration is now more and more universal in real world. This paper proposes a platform named SMART (Service Requirement-AwaRe Decentralized Services Computing Infrastructure) which supports decentralized collaboration of cross-domain organizations. The SMART can be deployed on any domain participant´s center server, and make all the participants become peer-entities. All the domain participants can communication with each other directly through an overlay network which is constructed by the SMART. SMART helps users to discover any other domain participants, build cross domain business process dynamically and execute business process in a decentralized way. The paper also introduces the SMART system design and prototype implementation.
