Abstract :
Collaboration satisfaction degree of NPD team is the key factor that influences NPD performance. This paper defines collaboration satisfaction degree of NPD team and establishes evaluation index system. Then it proposes a comprehensive multi-criteria evaluation method, which is on the basis of the evaluation index system. Finally, an example shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
