Abstract :
The paper deals with mathematical analysis of bearingless electric motor with surface-mounted permanent magnets. The motor are connected active magnetic bearing and electric motor in one construction. New construction eliminate disadvantages of conventional motor, e.g. overall efficiency, friction forces, heat emission. The magnetic levitation will improve static and dynamic parameters, servicing properties and reliability of motor, too.
