Abstract
The wireless power transmission system composed of the base fed, ultra low profile inverted L antenna on a rectangular conducting plane is numerically analyzed. The input impedances of transmitting and receiving antennas become a few ohms depending on the distance between transmitting and receiving antennas. The size of conducting plane is 129 mm by 46 mm. The antenna height h is 7 mm (wavelength/43). In the case of the distance between transmitting and receiving antennas is 10 mm, the power transfer efficiency becomes 99.2 % at the design frequency of 1 GHz.
