Abstract
Collaboration technologies arouse a large literature on the way to design and develop those systems. Nevertheless, practical advices related to the implementation of collaboration technology are not numerous. Our purpose is to propose a methodology, the Nibbling method, which is devoted to executives who could insure that the more important prerequisites are verified before the implementation but also, during the implementation process by itself. For this aim project managers could verify, as frequently as they want indicators values in order to avoid implementation failures. The method evaluation takes place in a large European bank. We present the eight steps of the method, its indicators and the results issued from a first evaluation. The first results show that a correlation exists between the Nibbling method evaluation and implementation process reality. We aim to consider that a further use of our method will nibble from failure to success.
