Abstract :
The Vehicle routing problem of oil supply is characteristic of many constraints and complicated factors. In the paper, the Constraint Programming model of oil supply Vehicle routing problem is designed by NCL, and the heuristic arithmetic based on two phase optimization is designed by POEM. At last, the model and heuristic arithmetic are validated by an example and the satisfying result is gained.
