Analysis on System Dynamics Simulation of Hospital Competitiveness -- Take Jiujiang Chinese Hospital in Jiangxi Province as an Example

The paper takes system dynamics method as study tool, based on the research in the specific hospital and system analysis about the hospital competitiveness, combined with the actual situation of Jiujiang Chinese hospital, built up seven system dynamics simulation models, and according to the hospital history data and future development plans, established each variable equation of seven models, simulated through simulation software and predicted future trends of hospital, which can provide a reliable basis for decision-making for hospital administrators and the related administrative departments.
